Delivery times
Delivery times are between 10 and 15 working days. Depending on the destination, variations may apply and you will be contacted if this should be the case.
Delivery costs
- Shipping and returns are free for the province of Quebec.
- Other provinces of Canada and USA: Shipping $10
For deliveries in Europe:
- France, Germany, Spain, Italy: Free delivery
- All other European countries: Delivery at $15.48 or approximately €10
Rest of the world: delivery and return costs will apply depending on the destination, contact us.
Return of goods
It is possible to return your purchases within 15 days of receipt of the product. A return form will be sent to you following your request to our customer service. Shipping costs will be at your expense outside the province of Quebec. A refund will be made to you upon receipt and after careful control of the returned goods. Any product that does not conform to the original condition cannot be refunded and will be sent back to you.
